Lightning, Thunderstorm, and Cancellation!

All afternoon skating anticipation grew because the sun shone so brightly, but towards evening pesky dark clouds rumbled in the distance until they were directly overhead and the rain was just pouring buckets.
The cancellations were double the disappointment due to the planned participation in Geneva of the Hockey Club Servette Geneva and of Zurich's Migros Night which thankfully was rescheduled for the 6th of August.  The clouds of disappointment did not reach Chur though. Not only were the skaters able to participate in a successful rain-free event, they were also rewarded with with free fruits provided by Migros during the event's pause.
